A Technical Cooperation Memorandum between the Hellenic Defence Systems S.A. and the Hellenic Navy, was signed on Thursday, August 25, 2016 by the Deputy CEO of HDS SA, Vice Admiral (Ret) Ioannis Galanis ΗΝ and the Deputy Chief of the Hellenic Navy, Rear Admiral Dimosthenis Chelmis HN.

The memorandum concerns the cooperation of the above, with the view to promoting activities of research and educational content, in areas of common interest, including the use of human resources, the transfer of technical Know–How, the use of special equipment, facilities and premises, inspections/repairs of weapons and mechanical systems, as well as carrying out research / study writing to resolve technical and technological issues of mutual interest.

The Hellenic Defence Systems S.A. look forward with great interest to such cooperation and believe that the results will be extremely useful for both sides.
